Energize Heal Recover
Whole Body Cryotherapy
Whole Body Cryotherapy is a short exposure to extremely cold air, usually between -130°F and -190°F, lasting two to three minutes. Originally developed in Japan for rheumatoid arthritis, it’s now widely used to support recovery, reduce inflammation, and manage chronic pain.
The brief cold triggers the body’s natural healing response—constricting blood vessels, calming the nervous system, and increasing circulation once the body rewarms. This process may help relieve stress, improve sleep, boost mood through endorphin release, and support immune function. Regular sessions are also linked to cellular repair and anti-aging effects. While results vary, it’s often part of a broader approach to recovery and overall well-being.

Cryoskin Body Contouring
CryoSkin is a non-invasive and pain-free body contouring treatment, originating in Paris. It freezes fat, tones the body, and increases collagen production. CryoSlimming uses thermoelectric cooling to freeze fat. This causes cell death of subcutaneous fat tissue without damage to the overlying skin!
The 28-minute treatment begins with 4 minutes of heat at 40 degrees Celsius then 24 minutes cold at -8 degrees Celsius divided evenly across the treated areas. The destroyed fat cells then pass naturally through your body’s lymphatic system.
NovoThor Red Light Therapy
NovoTHOR is the world’s first and only Whole-Body Light Therapy Pod on the market, designed to deliver effective penetrating wavelengths at proven power densities and dosages. These wavelengths cover the body more evenly than any other device. NovoTHOR uses red and near infrared light to treat injuries, reduce pain, relax muscles/joints, and increase blood circulation. The therapy is called photobiomodulation or PBM.

Cryofacial
CryoFacial is a cryogenic treatment, in which a controlled beam of vaporized liquid nitrogen is used to cool the skin of the face, scalp and decollete area.
This non-invasive facial tightens pores while reducing inflammation and puffiness. Repeated CryoFacial treatments result in an increased production of collagen by triggering the cell growth cycle, resulting in fresh looking skin.
Localized Cryotherapy
Localized Cryotherapy targets specific muscles and joints that are injured or inflamed. Cryotherapy heals by constricting blood vessels and delivering oxygen rich blood to injured areas, thus decreasing inflammation and pain.
Clients frequently combine this application with Whole Body Cryotherapy, to treat problem areas both from the “inside out” as well as from the “outside in”.

Celluma Light Therapy
Celluma is a unique and quite unlike any other low – level light therapy device.
Celluma delivers blue, red, and near-infrared light energy simultaneously to safely treat a wide variety of conditions. These conditions include chronic acne, anti-aging, and pain management. Each wavelength is absorbed by molecules that act as a signaling mechanism for cellular processes.
Celluma provides compromised cells with the energy to regain and restore vitality naturally. Its powerful, deeply penetrating wavelengths are absorbed by photoreceptors in the mitochondria.
NormaTec Compression Therapy
How compression therapy works:
Unlike many trendy recovery techniques, compression therapy treatment has a solid history rooted in medical science. It was originally intended for treatment of lymphedema, management of circulatory disorders and prevention of deep vein thrombosis. Today, many people rely on compression socks and shorts to reduce muscle soreness after an intense workout. The compression therapy mimics the body’s natural process of engaging a lymphatic drainage, therefore facilitating the removal of waste product, inflammation and swelling. By reducing these, compression therapy promotes healthy blood flow. Therefore, it speeds up recovery, rebuilds muscle tissue, increases flexibility and improves range of motion. Compression therapy may also help when suffering from slight muscle sprains and strains.
