Founder, Arctic Healing Cryo
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Arctic Healing Cryo is a place for real healing — natural, non-invasive, and focused on getting to the root of pain. Everything we do supports the body’s innate ability to recover, reduce stress, prevent disease, and build long-term vitality — without drugs or temporary fixes. If you’re looking for an alternative to conventional medicine and want results that last, you’re in the right place.
I launched Arctic in 2017 after healing my own back injury through cryotherapy. At the time, I was a fitness trainer and nutritionist preparing for a bikini competition when I hurt my back. The pain lingered, and doctors prescribed muscle relaxers and painkillers. But I didn’t want to numb the pain — I wanted to heal.
I committed to cryotherapy daily for a month. By the end, the pain was gone. That experience shifted everything. I became a firm believer in natural healing and felt called to help others discover a different path — one that doesn’t rely on medication to mask symptoms, but instead supports the body in doing what it’s designed to do.
Back then, cryo was still unfamiliar to many. The biggest challenge was getting people to try it. But once they did, the results spoke for themselves.
Nearly nine years later, Arctic has grown into a trusted recovery and wellness center in Houston. In 2024, we were honored to be voted Best Cryotherapy by Memorial Readers Magazine. Along the way, we’ve expanded to offer a full range of regenerative and anti-aging therapies — always staying true to our mission of healing from the inside out.
This work reflects how I live. Wellness isn’t something I preach — it’s something I practice every day through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, fitness, and gratitude. I’m deeply inspired by the work of Tony Robbins and Dr. Joe Dispenza, and I believe healing only happens when the body, mind, and spirit are aligned.
After working closely with clients for nearly 20 years, I noticed something consistent: people need to talk. Not just casually — but openly, honestly, without filters. They needed a safe space to unpack what they were carrying. I saw how often conversations turned toward life’s deeper struggles — stress, relationships, loss, identity, purpose, or just the pressure of holding it all together.
They weren’t asking for solutions. They just wanted someone to listen — someone outside their immediate world, where they didn’t have to pretend or perform. That kind of space is rare, but the need for it is real. We are wired for connection. And when we don’t have a place to release what we’re holding in, it builds — mentally, emotionally, even chemically. Science backs it up: meaningful conversation lowers cortisol and boosts the hormones that regulate mood, trust, and emotional balance.
Out of that need, I created The Velvet Hour — a separate, online space for one-on-one, real conversation. It’s not therapy. It’s not small talk. It’s simply a place to be human, to be heard, and to feel connected again.
My mission is to help people heal naturally — without medication — by addressing the root cause through the full integration of body, mind, and spirit. Because only when all three are aligned can you truly say you are healed.
